Rules of participation in the Program

SMARTRAVEL is a program for Raiffeisen Bank Aval Premium Clients under the “Prestige” service package, which provides for the accumulation and exchange of Miles for the payment of goods and services with the Visa Signature Card issued by Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC in the Prestige package.

Purpose of the Program: to enable the accumulation of Miles for the transactions by Visa Signature card issued by Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC and exchange of Miles for rewards on the SMARTRAVEL loyalty program website

Bank - Joint-Stock Company Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

The organizer – Factum Group LLC.

Partner - company that provides services and products.

Participant - aand individual, that is 18 years or older at the moment of registering in the program, is serviced under the “Prestige” package and is an owner of Visa Signature card, issued by Raiffeisen Bank Aval JSC in the Prestige package.

Mile - the unit of measurement in the Program.

The Program Website - an Internet site of the Program at:, which contains information about the Program.

       1. General Terms

1.1. A person registered with the Program is deemed to have read and agreed to its Terms and Conditions;

1.2. The Factum Group (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has the right to make changes to the Program subject to approval of such changes with the Bank. The termination of the Program is possible only subject to the agreement of the Bank and subject to informing the Bank three months before the Program termination date. Changes may apply to the Program rules, terms of participation, the number of Miles required for remuneration, the remuneration catalog, the validity period of the Miles, promotional offers, etc. These Rules determine the terms of participation in the SMARTRAVEL Program and the requirements of its participants and other parties.

1.3. Only individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration in the Program can become participants of the Program.

1.4. Participation in the program is individual. Only individuals can participate in the Program. Each participant can have only one account. Legal entities cannot participate in the Program.

1.5. A participant of the Program can only be an individual who has previously agreed to collecting, processing and storing of their personal data by the website and has agreed to process its own personal data by the Bank. The processing of personal data should be understood as "any action or set of actions performed in the information system of the Program related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution, removal of information about an individual".

The Organizer provides processing and protection of personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data", other laws and regulations of Ukraine, the Convention on the Protection of Individuals in connection with the automated processing of personal data and international treaties of Ukraine. The activities of the Organizer apply procedures for processing personal data, which take into account the requirements of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 "On the protection of individuals with the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data" (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

1.6. Participation in the Program is free of charge.

1.7. The Company reserves the right to refuse the participation in the Program to any person who does not comply with the Program Terms and Conditions;

1.8. Participation in the Program may be terminated under the following conditions:

  • if a participant fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions;
  • at the request of the participant (by prior written notification);
  • in case of termination of the Program activity;
  • when closing a bank product Visa Signature Cards. 

1.9. When participation in the Program is canceled, all the accumulated Miles are nullified.

1.10. The Company may offer promotional offers regarding the possibility of Miles exchange.

1.11. The Company provides the placement of the current version of the Program Terms and Conditions on its own website and / or informs the Participant in telephone mode / SMS-informing. Including messages via the mobile applications like Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, messages to the client's e-mail about:

  • active promotional offers for the possibility of exchanging Miles;
  • Program terms.

1.12. Details about the converted Miles, as well as the account balance, can be obtained by the Participant on a private page at the website 

       2. Terms of participation in the Program

2.1. A participant of the program is a Client of the Bank, which:

  • is a user of a Bank product Visa Signature Payment card;
  • has registered on the website of the program

2.2. The loyalty account (where the balance of accumulated miles is stored) is the number of the Ukrainian mobile phone of the Participant, who is also registered in the Bank as a mobile phone when making a Visa Signature payment card.

       3. Registration of Participants

3.1. You can sign up for the program:

  • independently on a private page on the site of the program, using a mobile phone number, which is also registered with the Bank when issuing a Visa Signature payment card

      4. Accrual of Miles

4.1. Miles are accrued for purchases made in the trade and service network of Ukraine and abroad, including the Internet and paid by Visa Signature card, at a rate of 1 mile for each 10 UAH spent by the Participant (the Client);

4.2. Accrual of Miles begins from the starting date of the Program.

4.3. Miles are not charged for transactions performed by Raiffeisen Bank Aval self-service pods and Internet Banking system Raiffeisen Online, as well as for transferring money from card to card and withdrawal of cash from ATM.

4.4. For a successfull registration in the program at the website the participant will be given a welcome bonus in the size of 500 Miles.

4.5. Additional Miles may be awarded  from promotional campaigns, special promotions and offers from Program and Partners’ Programs.

4.6. Miles for purchases made with Visa Signature are accrued within 7 working days from the moment of a purchase;

4.7. In the event of errors (incorrectly credited / removed Miles, etc.), the Program Organizer reserves the right to make the necessary adjustments to the Participant's Mile balance.

4.8. Two different loyalty accounts are not allowed to be merged.

       5. Balance Miles

5.1. The balance of accumulated miles is displayed on the site in the Balance tab.    

       6. Order of exchanging miles

6 .1. Miles are not and cannot be means of payment, any kind of currency or security paper;

6 .2. Accrued Miles cannot be converted into cash equivalent and paid to the Participant in cash;

6.3. Each Participant of the Program has his personal account for registering accumulated Miles (a mobile phone number registered with the Bank when issuing a Visa Signature Payment card);

6 .4. Miles from the personal account of one Participant cannot be combined with Miles from the accounts of other Participants or transformed into Miles of other programs;

6 .5. If the Participant's account has a sufficient number of Miles, he can apply for the exchange of accumulated Miles for the offer on the site;

6.6. When using the service on the site it is possible to exchange miles for a discount on services provided by service;

6.7.  The discount on services selected by the client on is a multiple of 500 (five hundred) hryvnias;

6.8. When applying for a discount, the minimum amount of payment for services is 250 (two hundred and fifty) hryvnias;

6.9. Subject to the return of the services that were ordered to for reasons not related to the client, the debited Miles will be returned to the client’s account within a period of up to 2 months.

      7. Terms of Order and Delivery

7.1. Delivery of offers is carried out: for electronic certificates - by e-mail, for paper certificates - to the department of Nova Poshta. Express delivery is available only in 4 cities: Kiev, Odessa, Dnipro, Kharkiv.

7.2. The delivery date of paper and electronic certificates is up to 10 days;

7.3. Rewards received by the Participant in exchange for the accumulated Miles are not refundable;

7.4. The recipient who has arranged delivery of certificates to the department of Nova Poshta, and for some reason refused to receive the delivery, can pick up the delivery by themselves at the address - city of Kiev,  Yevgena Konovaltsa 32G St. Office hours are: Mon-Fri 10-18: 00.

      8. Miles expiration date

8.1. Miles are valid for 36 (thirty-six) months from the moment they are accrued to the personal account of the Participant.

8.2. Upon expiration, Miles that are subject to cancelation: Miles accrued by the bank, Welcome miles. 

       9. Bank secrecy

9.1. By agreeing to these Rules, the Participant authorizes the Bank of transferring to the Organizer (as well as all entities involved in the provision of services under the Program) data protected by the banking secrecy regime within the scope of the definition contained in Art. 60 of the Law of Ukraine No. 2121-III "On Banks and Banking" of December 7, 2000, that is necessary to ensure the successful participation of the Participant in the Program. The Participant also empowers all entities involved in the provision of the services of the Program, and in particular the Partners in Miles exchange, to process such data to the extent that is necessary for the successful participation of the Participant in the Program.

        10. Taxes

10.1. The Organizer is responsible for all tax obligations related to the Program, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Organizer will pay tax on the income of individuals, the military fee of the cost of each reward.

10.2. Any other tax or liability related to participation in the Program is a personal responsibility of the Participant.

These rules are developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Any disputes regarding the implementation of the terms of the bonus Program of Miles accumulation «SMARTRAVEL» are considered exclusively in court according to the current Ukrainian legislation.
